Three Men's Soccer Players Earn N.E. Honors

Three Men's Soccer Players Earn N.E. Honors: "Three members of the Middlebury College men's soccer team earned NSCAA (National Soccer Coaches Association of American) All-New England honors. Seniors David Lee (Mendham, N.J.) and Zack Toth (Carlisle, Mass.), along with sophomore Casey Ftorek (Wolfeboro, N.H.) all earned spots on the team. The three helped lead the Panthers to an 11-6-1 record, with a trip to the NESCAC Championship as well as the NCAA Tournament."

Men's Soccer Falls In NCAA Tourney: "The Middlebury men's soccer team saw its season come to an end with a 2-1 loss to St. Lawrence in an NCAA Regional hosted by N.Y.U. The Panthers end their season at 11-6-1."

Men's Soccer Falls In NESCAC Title Game On PK's: "The Middlebury men's soccer team battled to a 0-0 tie at Williams in NESCAC Championship game. Unfortunately for the Panthers, the Ephs won the title with a 3-2 edge in penalty kicks. Williams (13-1-1), with its only two blemishes coming at the hands of Middlebury, earns an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. The Panthers (11-5-1) will hope for an at-large bid when the selections are announced late Sunday night or Monday morning."
